The Director of Operations at North City Church will oversee and manage the day-to-day operational functions of the church to ensure that its ministries, events, and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strategic thinker, a proactive problem solver, and someone who is passionate about supporting the mission and vision of the church. The Director will work closely with lead pastor, elders and other key stakeholders to implement systems, streamline workflows, and provide leadership across the church's operational areas, allowing the ministry to focus on growing and serving the community.
